Dorcus Project Uganda

After months of strive, reconstruction & renovations, God has blessed our farm once again. On the night of 17th November 2013, We three pigs giving birth all at once at the same night. We had the first one giving birth to 11 Mzungu piglets of which one was didnt survive the night because of un avoidable circumstance and we had 10 piglets alive and well. The other pig gave birth to 5 piglets of which four of then are Mzungus & one camouflage. The last one gave birth to 4 piglets; one of which is Mzungu & the rest "African" hehehe ~ Anyways We continue to thank God for his mercies to watch over our farm. One of the black piglets is so sick and the veterinary doctor came today to check out what exactly could be wrong so that it can receive proper treatment.

We continue to thank every body that has supported us to make this great progression thus far; May Almighty God BLESS abundantly

Rennovation & New Structures at the Farm

This year was really tough year for our project. The people we trusted did not live up to their contracts or trust so we had a mishap. Now as you all know we trust and believe in God to give us strength passion and love to encourage ourselves to go on we are advancing in the power of His might. All that being said and done, we took down the old structure that was rotten. It was really in bad shape and put all our energy on constructing a new shelter for the animals. It has been challenging but we did it anyways. I would like to thank all our partners who stand with us day in day out and my family who have not stopped sending the finances that we needed.  It was not expected but you did it with love thank you so much and God bless you so much for not giving up on us. We are continuing to carry on our mission hopping that this will continue to be a great source to empower the widows.  Our Goal is to raise 50,000 dollars to buy our own land and expand the farm. We know to whom much is given much is required, so continue to pray for us. Again I say thank you very much for your love and support is greatly appreciated. God bless you.

His grace and mercy keep us up to this day

I just want to thank God for His grace and mercy that has kept us up to this day.Great and mighty is He who gave His life for us. I cannot express my gratitude today of what the Lord has done for me in the years past even of today. I want also to thank my brothers and sisters who have stood with me to see this project move ahead. Thank you for supporting me and carrying me in your prayers everyday God bless you. I want to thank those that work with me on the Canadian front but most of all those on the African front thank you for working so hard and keeping everything running God bless you.

The word from me today is to appreciate those who labor with us and to be thankful and grateful for the loved ones and the wonderful friends He has given to us to shape our destiny.

Thank you to my children who keep me grounded to do what I do with love God bless you so much. For I have learnt even to go an extra mile because of your unwavering love. Thank you again.

Now my sisters in the dorcus project let us work hard and make our maker proud for He has trusted us we little but we have to excel with at which we are trusted with. Keep up the good work and see you soon.

Keep on praying. Ephesians 6:18 and continue in love as He commanded us John 15:12, 17
1 John 4:7-11
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

Let us keep the faith and continue in the ministry He has give us.
Love you all God bless you and thank you.

we continue to walk this walk

All of you that are standing with was I just want to say thak you for 2012 it was not easy but we called out the mission and God honored it. I als would like to let you know that God has set us up for this new phase of buying the land to carry our operations on. We need your support and prayers for us to press through this task . Please hold us in your prayers as we continue to walk this walk. God bless you so much for His promises are yea and amen. Also He said His covenant He will not break neither will He alter the word from His lips so I know He spoke and He is going to fulfil it.

We appreciate you all.

God is a good God. When He calls you and equips you to go out His purose and plan stands. That is one thing I have learnt. This year I could not believe what happened to us after working so hard to keep the farm going. The people we trusted decided not to be trust worthy sold some of the animals and took the funds. But we are not letting that take us down so we are standing. The one who called us will see us through. I wonder if the people who do those kind of things remember that they are not taking from me but themselves and hurting those who are supposed to benefit from the project. I just say as Isaiah said in chapter 14:24-27 the hand of my heavenly Father will stand. Thank you to all who are praying for us and those who have stood with us financially God bless you so much. This year is a wonderful yaer and we believe we are going to buy a piece of earth for the farm operations God bless you all. Right now we have 36 pigs and as You know God just bless us with another 9 God bless you all keep on praying for us. We appreciate you all.

Paving way 2013

Every morning when I wake up my after saying hello or goodmorning to my Father I am face with countless thoughts about the women that are like me. Single moters and widows left with nothing but yet have to take care of their families as our society says. And some mornings I am just blessed to know that when I trust in my Father all is well with what ever I put my mind on. I Have so much appreciation for those that have dornated into this ministry and those who have prayed and are still praying for us to be able to help our fellow sisters God bless you all your gifts have made great joy and love and life to the families that have received or benefited from us. Thank you again. Congratulations Sylvia on your harvest. You have shown what we are all about. God bless you dear.
